At the 21st annual family violence conference, The Georgia Commission on Family Violence (GCFV) presented its “Moving the Work Forward” award to Project Safe. Project Safe was one of two domestic/family violence prevention partners honored with this award.
“Being recognized by The Georgia Commission on Family Violence is a great honor for Project Safe. It’s a tribute to our visionary board and staff who saw the need for the program years ago. Thanks to all of our staff members, interns, and volunteers who do the work of breaking silence every day” said Project Safe Executive Director Joan Prittie.
