Selah, Project Safe’s new faith group, will meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 6-7:30 p.m.
This support group offers a space for survivors of domestic violence to process their experiences in regards to their faith. The group has a Christian focus, but people of any faith background are welcome. We aim to provide a productive space for domestic violence survivors to process experiences with religious organizations and their faith and abuse as a whole.
Some topics the group will discuss include how places of worship respond to domestic violence, what your Higher Power says about domestic violence and how places of worship connect to domestic violence.
Childcare is available. For additional information, directions and questions please call Sarah at (706) 613-3357, ext. 772 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
